Bookings, availability checks and online payments are handled entirely by the external Lodgify system (rivacentresuites.lodgify.com), an independent platform specialising in short-term rental bookings. Riva Centre Suitesdoes not collect or store payment data: once you click "Book Now", the transaction takes place entirely within Lodgify's secure environment, subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy.

Text, photographs and graphics on this website are the property of Riva Centre Suites or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Information published on this website (descriptions, indicative availability, distances and points of interest) is for illustrative purposes. Final availability and rates are those shown at the time of booking on Lodgify. Riva Centre Suites is not liable for any service interruptions due to force majeure or malfunctions of third-party systems (Lodgify, WhatsApp, Google Maps).
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This website and this legal notice are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to use of the website, the court of Trento has jurisdiction, unless the user qualifies as a consumer, in which case the court of the user's place of residence or domicile applies, where mandatory by law.
